AJAXWorld

FortMoon was at East coast AJAXWorld in NYC March 19-21, 2007 handing out flyers and mixing with industry experts. We talked with users about how AJAX, RIA, and Web 2.0 are changing the Web and the whole user experience. FortMoon founder Christopher Steel was on hand to talk about how FortMoon can help transform your enterprise applications from static pages into Rich Internet Applications using these technologies.

JavaOne 2007

FortMoon consultants were in San Francisco for JavaOne 2007. One of the year's hot topics was Web 2.0 and we were there talking about how FortMoon is helping customers, large and small, implement all of the exciting new technology surrounding Web 2.0, such as AJAX, RIA, and Mashups.

 SOA

SOA is the smart way to build the business tier. Fine-grained services, exposed through clean, standardized interfaces, make enterprise systems that are scalable, flexible, reusable, and maintainable. AJAX is making possible the dream of web content delivered with rich client functionality. We can now build usable, full featured, user-friendly web client interfaces. All that is left is to bring these two concepts together and begin delivering on the promises of the Web being THE medium for enterprise applications.

  Secure Web Applications

Core Security Patterns is the hands-on practitioners guide to building robust end-to-end security into J2EE™ enterprise applications, Web services, identity management, service provisioning, and personal identification solutions. Written by three leading Java security architects, the patterns-driven approach fully reflects todays best practices for building security into large-scale, industrial-strength exterprise applications.
